After setting you up with the harness and safety equipement you walk over to the briefing aerea.. There are two briefing trails with 4 different exercises . First the supervisor will explain the safety rules and tell you what you should do and what you shouldn't. Then looking how you manage the briefing, he will decide with you, with which trail to begin with.
